Why Psalms was not mentioned in Luk 24:27 as in Luk 24:44? Luk 24:27: "27 and having begun from Moses, and from all the prophets, he was expounding to them in all the Writings the things about himself." Luk 24:44-45: 44 and he said to them, `These [are] the words that I spake unto you, being yet with you, that it behoveth to be fulfilled all the things that are written in the Law of Moses, and the Prophets, and the Psalms, about me.` 45 Then opened he up their understanding to understand the Writings," Psalms exist only when we have relationship with Jesus.  No relationship with Jesus, no relationship with God the Father, no Psalms. Relationship needs to be cultivated through interaction and fellowship.  Jesus finished work at the Cross is just the beginning of our relationship with God, not the end.
