How do you know is Him? (Part I)

I think everyone of us, believers and non-believers all did ask this question.

'How do you know is God?'

'The small still voice could be your mind play trick on you.'

Most will tell, 'I just know.'

They are not lying.  Some believers said, 'I'm not very sure.', that's truth too.

📌 The Key to the answer is 'Know'.


Two ways to 'Know'.

Firstly, would you recognize someone's voice if you never heard before? Even a child, they recognize their parents' voice through cumulate interactions.

John 10:14: "14 `I am the good shepherd, and I know my [sheep], and am known by mine,"

How to know?  Read the Bible.

Can anyone describe a person's voice and a person never heard of the voice identify him just base on the description?  No.

To recognize God's voice, no short cut but to know Him through the Bible.  That's a pattern (sorry can't find right word to describe) when He speak; We pickup that pattern when we read the Bible. This explain why some believers answered 'no sure';  It's a phase every believer will encountered in their walk with God.

John 10:15: "15 according as the Father doth know me, and I know the Father, and my life I lay down for the sheep,"

When the inner part of us regard God the Father and us are 'Father & Son', embrace the Father & Son relationship, one can just tell `I know is Him'.  We do know the person we closed with don't we?

📌 God the Father know Lord the Son - Jesus, and Jesus know God the Father, and because He knows the Father, His Life He lay down for us because the Father Love us.

John 10:27: "27 according as I said to you: My sheep my voice do hear, and I know them, and they follow me,"

📌 When we know Him, we do hear His voice.   And God know us - not perfect, not whole, sinners; Yet, He Love us and sent Jesus to lay down His Life for us at The Cross. And we follow Him. The sons become like the Father through know Him, fellowship with Him.  Follow Him.


Abba Father,
Thank You for showing us how to recognize the small still voice from You, to recognize that unique pattern You speak to us. May we come to know it is You speaking to us without doubt in Jesus Name Amen!


If you want to receive this New Life given by Jesus lay down His own Life at the Cross, say this prayer:

'Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God. You died at the Cross to put away all my sins and God raised You up on the third day to give me new life.  Lord Jesus, come into my heart be my Lord and Saviour, in Jesus Name Amen!'

Find yourself a good Bible base church and start this wonderful new life fill with the joy of  the Father's Love for you.  Be blessed!


John 3:16: for God did so love the world, that His Son -- the only begotten -- He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during."

It costs the Father, His only Begotten Son, to send you this invitation to be His beloved child, that you be part of His Family, call Him 'Father'.

Why books were mentioned in Acts 19:19?

Paul was disallowed to get involve in the stir, it is part of our growing process in our walk with God. When I was a new believer, I was not tuned to hear from the Holy Spirit, many things in the Bible I wasn't able to understand, I will look up commentaries if any verses in the Bible I couldn't understand.  I thank God He led me to the correct way of reading His Word, always read from the Bible, if can't understand then look up others input. As time past, I hardly read from any other materials except the Bible itself.   The Word is so rich and alive, I hardly had anytime for books other than the Bible. The above revelation that I share came three weeks ago.  I was not at ease to share, worried many might feel offended but I fear God the more, no way I can run from what He had called me to do. What did we miss? (1Chr 17)

This is a very important message, a reminder to consult God even if we are called a prophet.  No one know God's plan except God the Father Himself. YLT Mar 13:32 `And concerning that day and the hour no one hath known -- not even the messengers who are in the heaven, not even the Son -- except the Father. This is the 2nd time recorded, Nathan the prophet did not consult God before he reply David (2Sam 7), and after the second time God corrected him, no more word from him was heard of.   We all are given chance to repent, do learn from every correction. As I shared before, all similar events are of purposes, some to show us our progress, some to highlight gaps, for correction, milestone.  The previous examples I shared were from New Testament, here are the examples from Old Testament.
