Did the Egyptians see Mount Zion or Mount Sinai?

What did the Egyptians see through you?

Mount Zion?
Mount Sinai?

Why God must harden the heart of the Pharaoh (great house)?

From the previous post shared, we know Moses gave the wrong instruction in Exo 12:35.

God said in Exo 11:2-3, speak in the ears of the people Not speak to the sons of Israel, And ask from their Neighbour Not from the Egyptians.

Exo 11:2-3:
2 speak, I pray thee, in the ears of the people, and they ask -- each man from his neighbour, and each woman from her neighbour, vessels of silver, and vessels of gold.`
3 And Jehovah giveth the grace of the people in the eyes of the Egyptians; also the man Moses [is] very great in the land of Egypt, in the eyes of the servants of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of the people.

The Egyptians are the seige, they need deliverance.  Sons of Israel are God prevails, they have God the `I AM THAT WHICH I AM', they don't need to ask from the Egyptians.

Ask from the Egyptians the seige, the needed deliverance is it grace?

God's direction is to let the Egyptians know the grace of the people are from God.  And the man Moses (drawn, delivered) - the sons of Israel become very great in the land of Egypt (the seige), in the eyes of the servants of Pharoah (great house), and the eyes of the people.

Pharaoh had sinned against God yet Moses (drawn, delivered) made supplications to God as per his requests.  (Exo 8:8, 8:28, 9:28, 10:17)

The Egyptians has seen grace of the drawn from the nine plagues.

The drawn are gracious because our God is a gracious giver.  We bless others because we have the Great I AM.

Speak into the ears of the people, God is a gracious giver Long For and they ask how they too can have this God and how they can be transformed. (vessels of silver and vessels of gold)

Well, God still given the grace of the people in the eyes of the Egyptians, and they cause them to ask, and they spoil the Egyptians even Moses gave the wrong instruction isn't it?

Exo 12:35-36:
35 And the sons of Israel have done according to the word of Moses, and they ask from the Egyptians vessels of silver and vessels of gold, and garments;
36 and Jehovah hath given the grace of the people in the eyes of the Egyptians, and they cause them to ask, and they spoil the Egyptians.

The grace and spoil in Exo 12:36 are different from the grace and spoil mentioned in Exo 3:21-22 and Exo 11:3.

The grace the Egyptians seen from the nine plagues are different from the grace mentioned in Exp 12:36.

In Exo 12:36, the Egyptians saw Mount Sinai, where as in Exo 3:21-22 and Exo 11:3 they saw Mount Zion.

Exo 12:36

Grace - God and the sons of Israel leave them is their deliverance (spoil)

Exo 3:21-22, Exo 11:3

Grace - they received their salvation, they are deliver (spoil) from Egypt (the seige), able to leave Egypt with God and sons of Israel.

Spoil : to snatch away, deliver, rescue, save, strip, plunder

📌 God's way always draw people to Him.

Do read the Word not in haste.  Me too need to be reminded from time to time.

Abba Father,

Thank You for the Word.  Thank You for remind us, we are John the Baptist, an important part of the Salvation plan to bring the people out of Egypt. You have given us the grace.  It is how we speak and what we do determine whether we leave this life empty.  Speak in the ears shows intimacy, sharing the secret, it warms a person's heart, show love.  I pray all of us, your children will not go empty in Jesus Name Amen!

John 3:16: for God did so love the world, that His Son -- the only begotten -- He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during."

It costs the Father, His only Begotten Son, to send you this invitation to be His beloved child, that you be part of His Family, call Him 'Father'.

If you accept this Invitation from God the Father to receive this New Life given by His Son - Jesus,
