Who's wife?

When I 1st read, I find it very difficult to believe this is from God, brother to married his brother's wife if he die with no child.  What kind of law is this?

And now they asked Jesus who's wife is she when they all died and rised 🙄

Wouldn't they feel awkward when they meet even if there's no marriage in heaven? 😌

But God is serious about it.

Those refused to comply will be called in Israel -- The house of him whose shoe is drawn off. Meaning he loose his right for redemption and for changing, to establish anything

YLT Deu 25:10: "10 and his name hath been called in Israel -- The house of him whose shoe is drawn off."

YLT Ruth 4:5-7: "5 And Boaz saith, `In the day of thy buying the field from the hand of Naomi, then from Ruth the Moabitess, wife of the dead, thou hast bought [it], to raise up the name of the dead over his inheritance.`
6 And the redeemer saith, `I am not able to redeem [it] for myself, lest I destroy mine inheritance; redeem for thyself -- thou -- my right of redemption, for I am not able to redeem.`"
7 And this [is] formerly in Israel for redemption and for changing, to establish anything: a man hath drawn off his sandal, and given [it] to his neighbour, and this [is] the testimony in Israel."

(Testified giving out our credit that I shared on last Sun fellowship session, let it go, it is worthy not to have that inheritance of mine, to raise up the name of the dead over his inheritance; Ruth 4:5, the redeemer thought, he will destroy his inheritance which is not truth. To receive the better, we need room by letting go the old. )

I read again lately and God show me what's the Truth of His direction, His purpose.

YLT Deu 25:5-6: "5 `When brethren dwell together, and one of them hath died, and hath no son, the wife of the dead is not without to a strange man; her husband`s brother doth go in unto her, and hath taken her to him for a wife, and doth perform the duty of her husband`s brother;
6 and it hath been, the first-born which she beareth doth rise for the name of his dead brother, and his name is not wiped away out of Israel."

The wife here in Old Testament refer to man who is sick, to be weaked. If the husband who is dutied to build the wife up hath died before bear fruit, the wife is not to go out to become estranged; the husband's brother who is set/place together (e.g grouping in ministry) is to take over the duty to build the wife to bear fruit to the church, the firstfborn doth rise for the calling of the dead brother.

In this way, there will not be missing calling/designation of God for the work of salvation, we have a strong healthy church for the work of salvation.

The wife in New Testament carries a different meaning.  It means to arise, to become, to be made, finished.
The origin purpose of a woman, God's purpose - not alone, an helper, God built up.

YLT Gen 2:18: "18 And Jehovah God saith, `Not good for the man to be alone, I do make to him an helper -- as his counterpart.`"

In New Testament, the wife (Mat 22:24, Mar 12:19, Luk 20:28) our helper refer to the Holy Spirit, our new covenant given throughout Jesus.

If you followed my explanation about the individual Gospel - Mat, Mar, Luke, John relation to our walk in Christ, you will know why the words used is different in these gospels that I highlighted some in the pictures attached.

Those who called righteous but disbelieve resurrection asked Jesus the wife is which brother's when they all died and rising.

YLT Luk 20:28: "28 saying, `Teacher, Moses wrote to us, If any one`s brother may die, having a wife, and he may die childless -- that his brother may take the wife, and may raise up seed to his brother."

It's never about wife but an helper. An helper that complete the purpose, the will of God. That the man not leave his father, his mother.

Be it in Old Testament or in New Testament, it is to fullfil this verse,

YLT Gen 2:18: "18 And Jehovah God saith, `Not good for the man to be alone, I do make to him an helper -- as his counterpart.`"

In Gen 2, we see man is to be weak (a rib taken out) that they are not self focus, in need of an helper, that they are not alone. The self of man has caused him has a different perspective from God, he leave God to cleave to flesh as his helper, his own strength, his deliverance.

YLT Luk 20:34-38: "34 And Jesus answering said to them, `The sons of this age do marry and are given in marriage,
35 but those accounted worthy to obtain that age, and the rising again that is out of the dead, neither marry, nor are they given in marriage;
36 for neither are they able to die any more -- for they are like messengers -- and they are sons of God, being sons of the rising again.
37 `And that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the Bush, since he doth call the Lord, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob;
38 and He is not a God of dead men, but of living, for all live to Him.`"

When man call Jesus his Lord, received his salvation, the Holy Spirit dwell in him, he has died and rising.  He has returned to his father, his mother.

He live.

The wife has accomplished her task.

The man no more naked, for he has returned to his father, his mother.

Abba Father,

I ask for clarity in reading this message.  I pray those who read sees what I see, Your love, Your will in Jesus Name Amen.

Moses said, Moses wrote, Moses wrote.

A Warning.  Remember how many times the Bible shown Moses misunderstood God's messages.  Get the deepest layer, God's meaning.

John 3:16: for God did so love the world, that His Son -- the only begotten -- He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during."

It costs the Father, His only Begotten Son, to send you this invitation to be His beloved child, that you be part of His Family, call Him 'Father'.
