Who's wife?

Image
When I 1st read, I find it very difficult to believe this is from God, brother to married his brother's wife if he die with no child.  What kind of law is this? And now they asked Jesus who's wife is she when they all died and rised 🙄 Wouldn't they feel awkward when they meet even if there's no marriage in heaven? 😌 But God is serious about it. Those refused to comply will be called in Israel -- The house of him whose shoe is drawn off. Meaning he loose his right for redemption and for changing, to establish anything YLT Deu 25:10: "10 and his name hath been called in Israel -- The house of him whose shoe is drawn off." YLT Ruth 4:5-7: "5 And Boaz saith, `In the day of thy buying the field from the hand of Naomi, then from Ruth the Moabitess, wife of the dead, thou hast bought [it], to raise up the name of the dead over his inheritance.` 6 And the redeemer saith, `I am not able to redeem [it] for myself, lest I de...

Did God say, man to leave their parents?

Image
Is it God's command that a man leave his father and his mother, and hath cleaved unto his wife, and they have become one flesh? YLT Gen 2: 23-25 : "23 and the man saith, `This [is] the [proper] step! bone of my bone, and flesh of my flesh!` for this it is called Woman, for from a man hath this been taken; 24 therefore doth a man leave his father and his mother, and hath cleaved unto his wife, and they have become one flesh. 25 And they are both of them naked, the man and his wife, and they are not ashamed of themselves." . Yes, because of what's on man's heart. YLT Gen 2:23 and the man saith, `This [is] the [proper] step! bone of my bone, and flesh of my flesh!` for this it is called Woman, for from a man hath this been taken; What's the man's perspective? Did he thank God for His Loving heart towards him? All he see is himself.  My bone, my flesh. He is so excited.  Yes, this is good. My bone to make me strong, my fl...

Did the Egyptians see Mount Zion or Mount Sinai?

Image
What did the Egyptians see through you? Mount Zion? Mount Sinai? Why God must harden the heart of the Pharaoh (great house)? From the previous post shared, we know Moses gave the wrong instruction in Exo 12:35. God said in Exo 11:2-3, speak in the ears of the people Not speak to the sons of Israel , And ask from their Neighbour Not from the Egyptians . Exo 11:2-3: 2 speak, I pray thee, in the ears of the people, and they ask -- each man from his neighbour, and each woman from her neighbour, vessels of silver, and vessels of gold.` 3 And Jehovah giveth the grace of the people in the eyes of the Egyptians ; also the man Moses [is] very great in the land of Egypt , in the eyes of the servants of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of the people. The Egyptians are the seige, they need deliverance.  Sons of Israel are God prevails, they have God the `I AM THAT WHICH I AM' , they don't need to ask from the Egyptians. Ask from the Egyptians the seige, the needed delivera...

Did the plagues spoiled the Egyptians?

Image
Did the plagues spoiled the Egyptians? Just realised I was prompted three days continuously on the topic spoiled the Egyptians 😌 a way out how to deliver the message without jumpers here and there that I had caught in for a week. 🤔 Partial? Nope.  Not at all. The plagues serve a different purpose.  Read again. Exo 3:19-20: 19 `And I -- I have known that the king of Egypt doth not permit you to go, unless by a strong hand, 20 and I have put forth My hand, and have smitten Egypt with all My wonders, which I do in its midst -- and afterwards he doth send you away. The plagues are to smitten Egypt (the siege) that afterwards he doth send the drawn (the delivered) away. The Pharoah (great house) did believe Jehovah is God, but believed is one thing spoiled is another.  Believed doesn't mean spoiled. Spoiled means to snatch away, deliver, rescue, save, strip, plunder. Beside to show God's wonders that the people believe Jehovah is God, the plagues has...

Why not twelve but seven in Acts 6?

Image
Acts 6:1-4: 1 And in these days, the disciples multiplying, there came a murmuring of the Hellenists at the Hebrews, because their widows were being overlooked in the daily ministration, 2 and the twelve, having called near the multitude of the disciples, said, `It is not pleasing that we, having left the word of God, do minister at tables; 3 look out, therefore, brethren, seven men of you who are well testified of, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may set over this necessity, 4 and we to prayer, and to the ministration of the word, will give ourselves continually.` When I read these verses my understanding was, when church grow, the twelve (I believed refer to the twelve Jesus disciples) are not pleasing they have no time for the word of God because busy minister at tables.  They need another seven men to do the job. Then, something caught my sight in the subsequent verses Acts 6:5 and the word widows. Why widows? If the twelve can left the word of G...

Why people believe John the Baptist? In wilderness, how people hear him?

Image
Why? Why the prophet is crying in the wilderness? How people hear him? How people know the prophet is crying in the wilderness and went out to see? People went out to the wilderness to view, to look on. Why not the prophet go to them? What am I missing? 🤔 And why people believe John the Baptist? How people know John the Baptist has the Answer they seek? These people do not have the Holy Spirit in them to reveal the Truth, so what caused them to believe? At times, I am seriously amuse by God's humor 😅 The Truth can be so so out of what I thought I saw til the Holy Spirit reveal.  I'm speechless 😌 I was reminded, God used the game in a children's bible app to point out I didn't read the Bible with full understanding.  I failed Gen 1  ðŸ˜Œ Read again. Mat 3:1: And in those days cometh John the Baptist, proclaiming in the wilderness of Judea, ' Jehovah is a gracious giver ' the Baptist Cometh , proclaiming as a herald to follow a...
